Spray Foam
Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) that insulates, air-seals and builds positive slope in a single seamless application — protected by a compatible roof coating.
What spray foam are
Spray polyurethane foam is applied as a two-component product that expands and cures in place to form a seamless, self-flashing layer of rigid insulation. On roofs it adds thermal performance, seals air leakage and can be tapered to add drainage slope over an existing deck.
SPF roofing is always finished with a protective coating (commonly silicone or acrylic) to provide UV, weather and mechanical protection. Application requires trained crews, suitable weather windows and careful substrate preparation.
Role in the system: The insulating, self-flashing base layer of an SPF roof, installed under a compatible protective coating.

- Adding insulation and air-sealing during a roof restoration
- Building positive slope to correct drainage over an existing deck
- Seamless recover of complex or heavily-penetrated roofs
- Combined insulation + waterproofing in one continuous layer
