Wall & Masonry
Elastomeric wall coatings and masonry water repellents that protect façades, concrete and masonry from water intrusion while allowing the substrate to breathe.
What wall & masonry are
Building façades face wind-driven rain, freeze-thaw cycling and movement. This family covers elastomeric wall coatings that bridge fine cracks and shed water, and penetrating water repellents that reduce absorption in masonry and concrete while remaining vapour-permeable.
Product selection depends on the wall substrate, its condition, exposure and the desired appearance. Breathability, crack-bridging and compatibility with existing finishes are considered during specification.
Role in the system: The protective and finish layer of exterior-wall assemblies, installed over compatible primers and joint treatment.
