Water-Based Waterproofing
Water-based waterproofing membranes for below-grade, foundation and interior wet-area applications where low odour and easy application are priorities.
What water-based waterproofing are
Water-based waterproofing products are applied as liquids that cure to a continuous membrane, and are commonly used below grade, on foundations and in interior wet areas. Their low-odour, water-clean-up characteristics make them well suited to occupied and enclosed spaces.
Because below-grade and immersion conditions vary widely — including hydrostatic pressure and soil chemistry — the specific product, build and detailing are always confirmed by technical review and the controlling specification.
Role in the system: The waterproofing membrane in interior wet-area and below-grade assemblies, installed with compatible primers, reinforcement and detailing.
