Acrylic Roof-Restoration System
A water-based, reflective acrylic restoration assembly that renews weathered but sound roofs and reduces rooftop heat gain — an alternative to tear-off.
Is this the right assembly?
- The existing roof is weathered but structurally sound
- The roof drains positively without persistent ponding
- A reflective, lighter-colored finish is desired
- Extending service life without a full tear-off is the goal
These are indicators, not a specification. Suitability is confirmed by a project review.

- Allow full cure of each coat before the next
- Cleanliness and repairs verified
- Adhesion confirmed
- Coverage / film checks per coat
- Final reflective finish inspected
